The location was spot on, right in the heart of town. It made it super easy to explore all the local shops and attractions. Plus, having a pub right next door was a major plus. The food was tasty and the dining facilities were top notch. I also loved that there was enough parking for two cars and an outdoor area to enjoy in good weather.
There were a few cleanliness issues that kinda bugged me. The bedrooms had some mold and there was a stray hair over the bath.

The location was so close to the pub, I practically stumbled into it! The food was top-notch, but make sure to check out the Tesco for milk. My SatNav felt like it was from the Stone Age trying to find the place. Absolute masterpiece.
Moldy bedrooms, noise from rowdy neighbors, and a luxurious hair over the bath. Great ambiance, really completes the experience.

Great location in central Kendal, attached to a pub with excellent dining facilities and delicious food. The cottage has 3 bedrooms, enough parking space for two cars, and an outdoor area for dining in nice weather. Good size, clean, well-presented, and comfortable for 5 or 6 adults.
Felt well taken care of, with the staff always willing to help and nothing being too much trouble.

our recent stay in kendal was amazing. fleece cottage exceeded our expectations for my birthday celebration. the location was central, the 3 bedrooms were spacious, and the attached pub with excellent dining facilities made our stay even more enjoyable.
Noise levels at night were off.

I had a fantastic stay at Fleece Cottage! the location was central, making it convenient to explore. the cottage itself was spacious and clean, with three bedrooms that comfortably accommodated our group of 5 adults. It was attached to a pub, which was a great bonus for dining options. the food was delicious, and there were excellent facilities for eating both inside and in the outside area. We were also pleased that there was enough parking space for two cars.

We stayed at a charming cottage attached to a cozy pub for 3 nights. The location was central, with excellent dining facilities and great food. The cottage had 3 bedrooms, making it spacious enough for our group of 5 adults. It was clean, well presented, and had a good size. Parking was sufficient for two cars, and the outside area provided a lovely space to enjoy meals in nice weather. a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
